One-Time Consultation - $120
This package includes 2 hours of in-home consultation plus 1 hour of design time to create a specific plan for your individual home.

• From curb appeal to your basement, you’ll receive a personalized plan with prioritized improvements**
• Checklists and general tips including “what to keep out and what to box up”
• Specific paint colors if needed for interior and exterior
• Determine the proper focal point and traffic patterns
• Discuss how to accessorize your home
• A list of places to bring your unnecessary items

Two-Day Consultation - $200
This package includes 2 hours of in-home consultation plus 1 hour of design time to create a specific plan for your individual home. This package also includes 2 hours for Jodi to stage and style your home after the plan has been implemented, typically in preparation for listing photos and walk-thrus. This could include:

• Hanging pictures
• Arranging table settings
• Moving smaller pieces of furniture
• Styling bookshelves
• Tidying closets
• . . . the things that make the big difference!

Photo Styling - $40/hour
Styling and staging your home just before the agent’s photo session.

Furniture Staging - $40/hour
For the “over furnished” house, taking out what doesn’t work and maximizing what does is critical. For the empty house, Kraai Furniture will partner with Design It. Sell It! to make a home look its absolute best.
